very useful and easy to use!

A handy program for compounded interest calculation.I\'d like to see two improvements for future releases:1. Allows user to specify precision,i.g. 10 digits after decimal point.2. Allows users to include both begin and end dates to be counted into number of days. For example, 1/1/2011 to 1/31/2011 is 31 days instead of 30 days in real world any interest calculation.

Does a good job. Happy with calculations and flexibility BUT it won\'t print the screen. Is there something missing which should be added to enable it to print the screen?

Not a flexible calculator at all! The interface can be simplified and made more user friendly. I for one will NOT recommend this for a website application. Further I will be deleting this program from my computer ASAP! In short it was a nice try but a garbage application.

Very easy and user friendly little program for all kinds of simple construstions. Just what you need when things are straight forword and you just want to be on the safe side or find the most economical solution.

This is a good software package. I quite like it. It makes beam sizing very simple and it allows quick checking with other shapes and sizes to maximize economy. Some of the help is a little hard to understand--I think it may have been originally written in another language.Jon.

MITCalc Review I like the software, the interface could be a bit easier to use, but solving virtually any type of beam equation is fairly straightforward and the software has quite a bit of flexibility allowing easy modeling of indeterminite beams.Some complaints would be that the bending moment is displayed in ft-lbs not in-lbs which would match the designated units. To enter custom moment of inertia's and areas is not intuitive and the rectangular tube shape omits fillets so it doesn't match the book values for structural members.Other than those very minor issues, the software is fantastic overall and relatively ...

even a bricklayer can.... I hope to enter my 90' Lincoln Mark Vii in the 100 mpg race next year. MITCalc Review It is a quite easy-to-use spreadsheet. The main advantage is that it is like an algorithm; if you follow it step by step, you will end up to a result. Its disadvantage is that it doesn't comply with other standards, like DIN and ISO, and it could be as an option. Nevertheless, it is quite good for solving simple pair of gears, and the results are more than satisfactory. I use it mainly to have a preliminary calculation before I turn to the original AGMA analytical calculations (that is, all the background calculations that the spreadsheet does) or to check ...
